The splendid workshop revolved around different strategies that would develop the local heritage of Chettinad. The very first vision was showcased through the “Heritage House”. The Heritage House was proposed in 2009. However, later that year, UNESCO offered to establish a fabulous Chettinad Heritage Museum in Karaikkudi, Sivagangai District.
